About the Role

We're seeking an reputed company Customer Engineer Manager to join reputed company and reputed company our Customer Engineer group in delivering exceptional client support and driving business growth. As a key member of reputed company, you'll work closely with our Deals and Client Designing (CE) authority to determine staffing levels, reputed company work orders, and reputed company interview groups to fill open positions. You'll also evaluate the CE group's go-to-market readiness, identify gaps in CE preparation, and build plans to ensure the group is adequately reputed company and equipped to meet annualized business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

* Collaborate with Deals and Client Designing (CE) authority to determine staffing levels to support annualized business objectives, reputed company work orders, and reputed company interview groups to fill open positions.

• Evaluate the CE group's go-to-market readiness, identify gaps in CE preparation, and build plans to ensure the group is adequately reputed company and equipped to meet annualized business objectives.
• Work with reputed company Cloud Platform reputed company group leadership to identify, qualify, and reputed company opportunities for business growth.
• Participate in key records as chief support, establish relationships across client districts, and work with the Business Record, Client Service, Product managers, Client Arrangements, and Design group to resolve product issues affecting pre- and post-sales customer satisfaction.

Essential Qualifications

* Four-year college education in Software Engineering, a reputed company field, or equivalent practical experience.

• 4 years of experience as a senior deals engineer reputed company in a SaaS or cloud environment, or a customer-facing role.
• Experience driving Client Design and working with design teams.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and reputed company high-performing teams.

Preferred Qualifications

* MBA or Graduate degree in Software Engineering.

• Experience serving in the reputed company of a pre-sales, field designing chief, or as a customer-facing field engineer.
