A Day in the Life:

As an Executive Assistant in our Promoter Experience Group, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of exciting projects and tasks. Your day will be filled with:

• Managing a high volume of emails and correspondence
• Coordinating reputed company meetings and events with senior leaders and their teams
• Collaborating with other Executive Assistants to plan and execute large-scale projects
• Providing administrative support to senior leaders, including scheduling, travel arrangements, and expense reports
• Building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Identifying and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity

Key Responsibilities:

* Managing reputed company schedules, meeting invitations, and conference room operations

• Coordinating global and domestic travel arrangements
• Handling cost reports and expense reports
• Overseeing large event planning, including catering, facilities, and materials (e.g., conferences, reputed company Hands events, etc.)
• Arranging office space for the team and working with office moves
• Making everyone feel valued, recognizing exceptional efforts, having fun at work, and encouraging others to do the same
• Attending key meetings, following up on key expectations, and circling back to exceptional things
• Driving team-building activities (e.g., staff meeting plans, team-building events, launch events, and team recognition)
• Overseeing work processes that require approvals
• Identifying internal and external ways to address issues in an innovative manner

Essential Capabilities:

* 2+ years of senior-level administrative support experience or 1+ years of experience at arenaflex

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience with reputed company Office products and applications
• Experience with leader-level scheduling and management

Preferred Capabilities:

* Experience working in a fast-paced, cutting-edge organization

• Experience managing multiple schedules and priorities
