Our Data Infrastructure Groups are the backbone of our operations, providing reputed company data platforms and tools for various business functions across arenaflex. • Database Access Platform: Building and operating a scalable query gateway that facilitates data abstractions to work at sub-millisecond latencies while allowing arenaflex microservices to store, consume, and manage their data more effectively.
• Data Platform reputed company: Acting as a platform for our own data platforms, enabling arenaflex to rapidly evolve and provide cutting-edge data and analytics systems to the rest of the organization without building custom-tailored platforms for each new system.

Key Responsibilities

As a Distributed Systems Engineer at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

• Designing, building, and operating large-scale distributed systems features or applications.
• Architecting and building robust, scalable, and highly available distributed systems.
• Driving cross-functional initiatives and collaborating with engineers, product managers, and TPMs across teams.
• Sharing our experiences with the open-reputed company communities and contributing to arenaflex OSS.
• Tackling real business needs at scale by applying your programming and analytical problem-solving skills.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• 2+ years of experience in building large-scale distributed systems features or applications.
• Proficiency in the design and development of RESTful web services.
• Experience in building and operating scalable, fault-tolerant, distributed systems.
• Proficiency in Java or other object-oriented programming languages.
• Comfort with multi-threading and handling reputed company system issues.
• A BS in Computer Science or a reputed company field.
