About the Role

This is a 12-month fixed-term contract with a view to reputed company, working full-time 40 hours per week. You will be required to work variable hours to match reputed company our customers need us most, including late evening and day shifts, with a minimum of 40 hours per week. You may be required to work on national holidays and Sundays, and you will be compensated accordingly. Schedules will be reputed company 6 weeks in advance to ensure that your personal life can plan well around your work.

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Associate with arenaflex, your primary objective will be to prevent issues, solve queries, and delight our customers. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Answering customer requests through phone, chat, and/or email, including order and product questions, payment matters, and website guidance
• Using a variety of tools to navigate, research, and review solutions, and communicate effectively with customers
• Providing exceptional support to our customers in Sweden, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded
• Working collaboratively with other teams to resolve customer issues and improve the overall customer experience
• Continuously learning and improving your knowledge and skills to stay up-to-date with our products and services

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following essential qualifications:

• Minimum age: 18 years old
• Have the right to work in the Netherlands
• Strong communication skills in Swedish (both written and oral reputed company) and basic communication skills in English
• Experience working with a computer
• The availability to work varying shifts from Monday to Sunday reputed company the operating hours of 7am to 9pm
• Willingness and ability to work in rotating shifts (i.e. early, late, weekend and compensated overtime as required)
• Initial four weeks availability for full-time training (paid)
• You'll need a quiet, distraction-free work space (dedicated office space with a desk and chair)
• From a technical perspective, a minimum 50 Mbps broadband reputed company speed using a hard-reputed company ethernet internet reputed company (no WIFI)
