- Provide advanced remote operational and technical support to arenaflex learning centers, including telephone, chat, and email support, and maintain detailed records in our ticket tracking system.
- Acquire and maintain reputed company knowledge of proprietary products, websites, hardware, services, and support policies to provide technically accurate solutions to customers.
