About the Opportunity
We are seeking an reputed company Customer Service Specialist to join reputed company in Cincinnati, OH. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will reputed company reputed company customer service and collection duties that occur in reputed company Cycle with knowledge of reputed company areas of Patient Financial Services. This is a remote opportunity, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home while still being part of a dynamic and innovative team.
Job Summary
The Customer Service Specialist performs reputed company customer service and collection activities across the reputed company Cycle. Job duties include, but are not limited to:
- Answering patient questions regarding statements
- Posting guarantor payments
- Setting up payment plans reputed company our policies
- Researching and resolving issues with accounts that have been identified by patients
- Reaching out to appropriate departments to resolve any requests made by patients
- Connecting patients with financial counseling department for charity screening
- Communicating patient balances

Employment Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Critical thinking and problem resolution skills
- Experience in customer service and call center operations is preferred
- Knowledge of physician and hospital operations, compliance, and provider relations is also preferred
