Job Summary:

- Handle a high volume of calls (approximately 50-60 per shift) in a fast-paced and highly organized environment

- Expertly engage clients, building relationships through inbound calls, visits, and messages, addressing topics such as returns, substitutions, delivery, product availability, order status, and more

Essential Qualifications:
