Job Description: Customer Service Analyst

As a Customer Service Analyst at blithequark, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer queries in a timely and comprehensive manner to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Delivering on employee, customer, and shareholder metrics as per goals
  • Highlighting issues through feedback and recommending changes in workflows, procedures, and service levels to meet customer demands and ensure quality service
  • Adhering to quality and compliance guidelines
  • Supporting new initiatives in the directorate
  • Balancing customer interests with the interests of blithequark
  • Communicating effectively, both orally and in writing, to identify and document necessary information

Qualifications and Skills

We're looking for talented individuals with 1 to 6 years of experience in customer service or contact center domains. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a customer-focused approach and strong ability to resolve customer issues
  • An analytical mind and attention to detail
  • High level of customer sensitivity, commitment, and service orientation
  • Desirable knowledge of blithequark products
  • High result orientation and ability to take independent decisions and meet stringent deadlines
  • Proficiency in English and standard MS Office exposure
  • Experience in a 24*7 environment, with flexibility to work varying shifts
