About the Role

As our VP, reputed company Operations and Customer Experience Strategist, you'll reputed company our customer advocacy and customer-focused executive team, stewarding the customer experience journey and delivering seamless experiences that meet our customers' evolving needs. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Developing and executing a comprehensive customer experience strategy that aligns with our business goals and objectives

The Right Stuff

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A Bachelor's Degree in a reputed company field
• 5+ years of experience in a senior operating role leading customer-facing organizations, with a proven track record of delivering results
• 10+ years of overall P&C Insurance Industry experience, with advanced knowledge of the industry and a deep understanding of value drivers in recurring reputed company business models
• Proven leadership skills, with the ability to reputed company and motivate high-performing teams
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
