Job Summary
We are seeking an reputed company customer support representative to join reputed company as a Primary Phone/Video Support with Occasional Chat Inbound CSR. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to TurboTax customers reputed company phone, video, and occasional chat. You will research, analyze, and determine the best course of action to resolve technical support questions and issues. Your primary focus will be on software navigation questions, as well as assisting customers with locating prior years' returns and amendments.
Key Responsibilities

- Research, analyze, and determine an appropriate course of action to resolve technical support questions and issues
