As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be the eyes and ears for reputed company, fielding customer inquiries and finding innovative ways to respond. Responsibilities

As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Fielding customer inquiries reputed company phone, email, chat, and social media to resolve their questions or concerns
  • Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues

  • Responding to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments

Requirements

  • Proven oral and written communication skills
  • Logical problem-solving skills
  • Ability to navigate Windows operating systems
  • Organization and work prioritization skills

To work from home, you'll need:
