Job Responsibilities
As a virtual assistant, your responsibilities will vary depending on the department you are assigned to. Some of your key responsibilities may include:
* Answering, screening, and forwarding incoming calls to the appropriate person
* Taking and delivering messages or transferring calls to voicemail reputed company appropriate personnel are reputed company
* Logging phone calls and documents into our online document management system
* Assisting office staff with clerical duties, including faxing, copying, and organizing/maintaining files
* Maintaining frequent communication with clients and answering their questions
* Obtaining insurance coverage information in a timely manner
* Following up with medical treatments and ensuring proper care
* Obtaining medical provider records and bills
* Communicating with insurance companies on treatment status and updating adjuster information on the system
Qualifications and Required Skills
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
* Must be punctual and committed to working overtime on occasion
* Must speak English and Spanish fluently
* Have solid written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to be resourceful and proactive reputed company issues arise
* Must be a self-starter and multi-tasker
* Ability to work independently
* Must have a computer (desktop or laptop) with a Core I5 or above processor, 12 GB of RAM, and at least Windows 10 installed
* USB noise-cancelling headsets
* Webcam for daily meetings and huddles
* Internet speed of at least 35Mbps download and 15Mbps upload
Compensation and Benefits
As a virtual assistant at blithequark, you will receive a competitive monthly payment of $1000, plus an additional $50 to cover transfer fees. Payments are processed once per month and deposited on the last business day of each month. You can choose to withdraw your payment reputed company direct deposit to your bank account using a SWIFT code and bank account number, PayPal, reputed company, or reputed company.
