Responsibilities
As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities will include:
- Fielding customer inquiries by finding innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns
- Handling and carefully responding to reputed company customer inquiries, including inbound calls from medical professionals using medical terminology to request and verify benefits
- Providing excellent customer service through active listening and effective communication
- Working with confidential customer information and treating it sensitively
- Resolving issues on the reputed company by being proactive and adaptable
- Appropriately and professionally communicating with customers
- Providing support for Health Care Providers
- Researching benefit information
- Handling situations that may require adaptation of response or extensive research

Qualifications
