Responsibilities

As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities will include:

  • Fielding customer inquiries by finding innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns
  • Handling and carefully responding to reputed company customer inquiries, including inbound calls from medical professionals using medical terminology to request and verify benefits
  • Providing excellent customer service through active listening and effective communication
  • Working with confidential customer information and treating it sensitively
  • Resolving issues on the reputed company by being proactive and adaptable
  • Appropriately and professionally communicating with customers
  • Providing support for Health Care Providers
  • Researching benefit information
  • Handling situations that may require adaptation of response or extensive research
  • Accurately documenting and maintaining reputed company interactions

Qualifications
