Job Summary

We're seeking an reputed company Data Entry Manager to join reputed company as a Cybersecurity Questionnaire Specialist. In this role, you'll be responsible for completing cybersecurity questionnaires in support of sales, monitoring incoming requests, and coordinating final reviews with internal subject matter experts. You'll also reputed company other data entry tasks as requested by management, while maintaining reputed company required corporate training and demonstrating exceptional attention to detail.

Key Areas of Responsibility

As a Data Entry Manager, you'll be responsible for:

• Completing cybersecurity questionnaires in support of sales, ensuring timely and accurate completion to meet customer requirements
• Monitoring incoming cybersecurity requests in a dedicated issue tracking tool (JIRA) and prioritizing them with internal business leaders
• Extracting information from the archive of past questionnaires to inform reputed company responses
• Coordinating final reviews with internal subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Recording reputed company in issue tracking tool (JIRA) and maintaining accurate records
• Completing additional data entry tasks as requested by management, including learning necessary procedures, policies, processes, systems, and technology
• Maintaining reputed company required corporate training up to date, including cybersecurity best practices and industry standards
