Job Summary

We're looking for a highly skilled and reputed company Data Entry Clerk to join reputed company in Aiea, HI. As a key member of our healthcare administration support team, you'll be responsible for accurately and reputed company entering patient demographic and insurance billing information into our Information System. If you're a detail-oriented, organized, and tech-savvy individual with a passion for delivering high-quality results, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

* Enter patient demographic and insurance billing information into our Information System with high accuracy and efficiency

  • Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to patients, families, and reputed company
  • Collaborate with reputed company to ensure seamless data entry and administrative support
  • Stay up-to-date with departmental procedures, standards, and operational needs

Essential Qualifications

* 6 months of clerical and/or data entry experience

  • 9,000 keystrokes per hour reputed company keying with high accuracy
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Proficiency in reputed company Office and data entry software

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a healthcare administration environment

  • Familiarity with electronic health records (EHRs) and data entry software
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills a plus
