The Job

You will be an integral part of our 24/7 Customer Support Team, working collaboratively with your peers to ensure seamless support and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Agent, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Responding to customer support tickets reputed company email, live chat, and phone calls, building customer rapport and resolving issues reputed company.
