The Role

As a Customer Care Representative at blithequark, you'll be responsible for handling inbound calls from Members, Clients, and Facilities, providing exceptional customer service and support. Your tasks will increase in complexity as you reputed company in your role, but will primarily consist of:

  • Handling inbound calls and resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing personalized attention and exceptional care to our passengers
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve reputed company customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 1 year of call center experience
  • 6 months of customer service experience
  • Basic typing and computer experience with excellent navigational skills
  • High-speed internet access (minimum upload speed of 3 mbps and minimum download speed of 30 mbps)
  • A quiet space reputed company your home free of distractions to take incoming calls
  • Prior blithequark employees must have 6 months of experience with blithequark
