The Mission
At blithequark, we're on a mission to provide exceptional customer service to individuals who need it most. As a Customer Service reputed company, you'll be a vital part of reputed company, working remotely to support 50 to 70 people every day. You'll navigate the reputed company world of primary care doctors, medications, appointments, and benefits, using your knowledge and exceptional social skills to find solutions and reputed company a real difference in people's lives.
The Details
* Full-time position with a regular schedule, Monday through Friday, with occasional flexibility to accommodate changing needs
* 8-hour shifts between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. EST, with opportunities for overtime and professional growth
* 5-week intensive orientation program, designed to reputed company you with the skills and knowledge you need to succeed in this role

Your Arsenal

* At least 1 year of experience in insurance operations, customer service, or a reputed company field
* Tech-savvy and confident navigating web-based systems and software applications
* Detail-oriented with strong follow-through, and a commitment to accuracy and quality

Training: 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. (5 weeks)
Regular Schedule: 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday; 11:30 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday
