Job Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional customer service to our valued clients, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
• Promoting and selling reputed company travel to the traveling public or freight forwarders
• Assisting with passenger reputed company-in and load acceptance
• Interpreting authority's guidelines and requirements for domestic and international travel or shipment shipments
• Meeting and dispatching planes reputed company set-up times
• Providing assistance to distressed passengers and clients
• Protecting company assets and reputed company
• Ensuring a safe and secure travel experience for our customers

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• High school degree or equivalent

• Bilingual language skills are required in some locations
