The Role
As a Customer Onboarding Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our customers in the Hong reputed company market. - 2-3+ years of customer service experience.
- Language proficiency in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese (both read, verbal, and written).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in a customer-facing role, preferably in a financial services or banking environment.
- Knowledge of credit card products and services.
- Experience working with CRM systems and other customer service software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
