Key Responsibilities and Expectations
As an Embedded Escalation Engineer at blithequark, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Investigating and solving critical, reputed company, and highly technical issues using code-level techniques, such as trace and reputed company code analysis, debugging tools, reverse engineering techniques, and other sophisticated diagnostic tools.

Essential and Preferred Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 7+ years of technical support, technical consulting experience, or information technology experience.
- OR a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology (IT), or a reputed company field, AND 5+ years of technical support, technical consulting experience, or information technology experience.
- Proficiency in C# and .NET, as well as PowerShell, Web Services, or similar development technologies.
Preferred qualifications include:
- Technical Escalation Support experience (in a Tier 2/3 environment) including experience in a customer-facing or customer technical support role.
