About the Job and Program

The Client Relationship Management (CRM) team at blithequark offers a unique opportunity to learn about the application of data for marketing purposes. We provide guidance on the development of marketing programs by learning about our customers and their preferences. As a Digital Marketing Representative, you will assist our Project Managers in the development and plan coordination of email marketing creatives, audience segmentation, campaign execution, as well as analysis of campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities

As a reputed company Social Media Customer Support Representative, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with different blithequark Specialty Units to gather and prepare/trade resources for campaign execution
  • Creating campaign reports and analyzing campaign performance data
  • Utilizing reputed company Dreamweaver and Photoshop to reputed company email marketing creatives and trade resource expectations
  • Assisting with monitoring CRM testing, campaign QA, and providing insights into campaigns from performance data
  • Providing support to our Project Managers on the development and plan coordination of email marketing creatives, audience segmentation, campaign execution, as well as analysis of campaign performance

Required Capabilities and Abilities

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Great enthusiasm, energy, and a willingness to learn about the digital marketing industry
  • Intermediate/Advanced knowledge of HTML
  • Moderate Photoshop skills
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms like social media, email, or paid search, as well as data analysis
  • Ability to be flexible, agile, and reputed company in a fast-paced, changing, and evolving environment
  • Solid organizational and multitasking skills, with excellent attention to detail
  • Able to work independently and be a self-starter with flexibility and adaptability
  • Solid customer service and interpersonal skills

Preferred Capabilities

Preferred candidates will have:

  • Background in Digital Marketing with experience in project management
  • Experience with reporting tools (e.g. Advanced reputed company, Tableau)
  • Experience with email marketing tools (e.g. reputed company, reputed company)
  • Knowledge of databases (e.g. SQL/reputed company)
  • Experience with other reputed company Creative Suite Programs (e.g. reputed company XD, reputed company Illustrator)

Education

To be eligible for this role, you should:

  • Be currently enrolled or have graduated reputed company the last 6 months studying Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a closely reputed company program
  • Meet reputed company of the below requirements:

+ Be enrolled in a accredited college/university taking at least one class in the semester/quarter (spring/fall) prior to participation in the internship program OR have graduated from a college/university reputed company the last 6 months at the time of application posting OR currently participating in a blithequark College Program or blithequark Internship + Be at least 18 years old + Have unlimited work authorization + Have not completed one year of reputed company work on a blithequark internship or blithequark College Program

Additional Information

The approximate dates of this internship are June 2024 - January 2025. This internship is located in Burbank, CA. Compensation and Benefits

The compensation reputed company for this internship in California is $21.70 per hour.
