We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Part-Time Remote Customer Service Representative to join reputed company. As a Customer Service Representative (CSR), you will play a vital role in ensuring our clients receive exceptional service and support. You will be responsible for assisting both new and existing customers by answering questions, processing changes to policies, handling billing inquiries, and supporting sales efforts reputed company needed. Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

  • 4-40 Customer Service License, required
  • 1+ years of experience in an insurance customer service role, required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities, able to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficient in reputed company Office Suite and comfortable learning new software, with a strong technical aptitude and willingness to adapt to new systems and tools

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bilingual in Portuguese, preferred
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment, with a proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Knowledge of insurance products and services, with a strong understanding of policy details and available options
  • Previous experience working in a customer-facing role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and support
