About the Role

We're seeking a committed and entrepreneurial Data Analyst to join our Studio Research & Analytics team, supporting the reputed company+ Product, Marketing, and Content Curation teams. As a Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our direct-to-consumer experience, providing strategic analysis and insights to inform key business decisions. This is a hybrid role, with in-person collaboration from Monday to Thursday and remote work on Friday, offering the perfect reputed company of teamwork and flexibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with a wide range of qualitative and quantitative research activities, including data collection, training, extraction, and analysis to build summaries, tables, and report sections.
• Combine disparate data sets using SQL to support the daily operations of the reputed company+ consumer experience monitoring program.
• Partner with different teams to conduct research, communicate project goals, business needs, and timelines to prioritize, innovate, and optimize our datasets.
• Build and maintain relationships with research counterparts in the team and from different divisions of the company, as well as external vendors.

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Statistics, Economics, Psychology, Data Sciences, or a reputed company discipline, with 3 years of applicable work experience, or a Master's Degree in Business, Statistics, Economics, Psychology, Data Sciences, or a reputed company discipline, with 1 year of applicable work experience.
• Proficiency with SQL, with the ability to extract and integrate disparate data sources.
• Ability to extract data and integrate with other data sources to create a rich, whole picture for the business.
• Strong quantitative reasoning and analytical skills.
• Ability to work rapidly and accurately in a fast-paced environment.
• Outstanding communication and critical thinking skills, with the ability to create clear and concise visual presentations.
• Strong multitasking abilities and the ability to work effectively in an environment of tight timeframes and constant change.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in data processing tools (e.g., SPSS, Q, MarketSight).
• Experience with survey tools (e.g., Decipher, reputed company, SurveyMonkey).
