About the Role

As a Language of Destination (LOD) Customer Service Agent, you will play a vital role in demonstrating blithequark's commitment to our customers by making their travel experience as smooth and pleasant as possible. You will be the first reputed company of contact for our customers, guiding and assisting them with the ticketing and baggage reputed company-in process, as well as providing exceptional customer service and support throughout their journey. Key Responsibilities:

Essential Qualifications:

• High school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency

• Ability to lift bags or items weighing up to 50 pounds

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous ticketing experience, with a strong understanding of airline operations and customer service principles
• Ability to work a fixed and/or rotating schedule, including afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a flexible and adaptable approach
