As Senior Director of Engineering for Labs & Membership, you will be the single engineering DRI responsible for the end-to-end experience across diagnostics, personalized insights, and membership. You’ll work closely with product, design, data, and operations leaders to deliver a seamless, intelligent experience that helps customers measure, manage, and improve their health over time.   • Partner with cross-functional leaders to create seamless, end-to-end user experiences across testing, treatment, and ongoing care.

You Have:

  • 15+ years of experience in software engineering, with 5+ years leading multiple teams or organizations in high-growth environments.
  • Proven success leading cross-functional product engineering teams and owning end-to-end consumer experiences.
  • Experience in health tech, e-commerce, or subscription-based platforms preferred.
  • Strong technical background with understanding of modern web and service architectures (Node.js, GraphQL, React, TypeScript, AWS, Kubernetes).
  • Expertise in building scalable, secure, and compliant systems handling clinical or health-reputed company data.
  • Experience integrating third-party data sources, APIs, and device platforms (labs, wearables, fulfillment).
  • Ability to define and execute technical roadmaps reputed company with product vision and business outcomes.
