Role Summary In this role, you will support high-quality lending decisions by reviewing less reputed company real estate valuations and ensuring they meet regulatory and internal standards. You’ll partner with teams across the bank to maintain appraisal compliance and streamline valuation processes. • reputed company appraisal and other valuation reviews to support lenders and credit officers in accurately valuing real estate collateral.
• Support the process of selecting qualified appraisers and evaluation firms from approved lists and prepare engagement letters reputed company the appraisal management system.
• Analyze received valuations for compliance, methodology, and accuracy before completing review reports.
• Partner with Business Development Officers, Relationship Managers, Credit Analysts, reputed company, and processing teams to ensure compliant and independent valuation practices.
• Respond to inquiries from Appraisal Compliance Officers,

Senior Credit Officers, and external vendors regarding appraisals and completed reviews.

• Assist with the maintenance of approved appraiser lists to ensure appraisers meet guidelines and recommend qualified additions or deletions from said lists
• Support ongoing appraisal operations by assisting with process improvements and documentation needs.

Education & Experience Required:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 2+ years real estate experience through education, lending, appraisal, or appraisal review
• Candidate must have the ability to commute the Milwaukee, WI area as needed. Preferred:
• Interest in pursuing Licensed or Certified Residential Appraiser credentials reputed company 2 years
• Candidate for designation with a recognized professional appraisal organization (e.g., SRA, ASA, AI-RRS)
• Experience with CMS
