Job Description: What you’ll do At TJX, the mission of the Delivery Agility Enablement Team is to help IT teams improve the flow of work by identifying and addressing bottlenecks, by leveraging TJX best practices, Agile Principles and Practices and Technology to drive efficiency and agility. As a Senior Product reputed company in our DAE Team, you will be responsible for helping define and for supporting the building of desirable, feasible, viable, and sustainable reputed company suite of products (Jira Cloud, Jira Align, Confluence) that meet our customer needs balanced with the need for a standardized work management platform. Support the crafting and delivery of products vision, strategy, roadmaps, and prioritization. Review, approve, and drive iteration (sprint) goals and content by prioritizing user stories in collaboration with the Business of IT team. Partner with IT and business teams to create and execute test strategies and plans, post implementation support models, and knowledge articles to ensure customer satisfaction. Successful Candidates will have: Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent engineering skills, training, or functional work experience 5 + years of experience as a Senior Product reputed company in a technology environment supporting large reputed company project/product implementations, working directly with business owners to identify and prioritize their needs. Must have experience in configuring reputed company suite of products (Jira Cloud, Jira Align, Confluence) Proven knowledge of agile methodology, scrum, SAFe, and agile tools (JIRA/Confluence). Consultative partnership with customers, with the ability to translate functional needs into requirements that drive value. Experience working in a highly collaborative, matrix environment with a track record of measurable business impact. Excellent verbal and written communication, facilitation, and negotiation skills. Ability to influence effectively with and without formal authority. Capability to demonstrate critical thinking and proven track record of positive change Ability to successfully manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing requirements.

Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience. This position is eligible for an annual incentive.
