How you will reputed company an impact: As a Workforce Technology Consultant, you will provide expertise in the Human Resources Information Systems implementation and configuration to provide valuable support and solutions to our clients. This role works closely with clients to understand their needs and assist in developing customized HRIS solutions. With technical skills and a customer-focused approach, this position plays a key role in delivering high quality service and ensuring client satisfaction. What you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, information technology, business administration, or a reputed company field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in workforce reputed company and Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) implementation, configuration, and support (reputed company Ready experience Preferred).
  • Demonstrated experience in configuring system settings, developing workflows, and troubleshooting issues reputed company the HRIS platform.
  • Advanced reputed company reputed company experience, including basic formulas, pivot tables, vlookups, etc.
  • Prior experience in a client-facing role is highly desirable.
