Scrum Master
reputed company is seeking an reputed company Scrum Master to join the Alaska Automation Capability (AAC) program which will utilize functionality provided by our reputed company Future Flight Services Program (FFSP) product for the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). This person will help reputed company a dynamic team working on the development of software that provides flight planning and other services to the pilot community. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise and the ability to reputed company a diverse, highly skilled technical team in the role of Scrum Master. This individual will demonstrate excellent communication, collaboration, and prioritization skills, along with the flexibility and responsiveness required to succeed in a fast-paced environment. The candidate is expected to work effectively with cross-functional team members, coordinating closely with the Product reputed company, Systems Engineers, and other development teams to ensure successful delivery. Candidate must be able to obtain an SF-85P Public Trust clearance from the FAA customer. Due to contract requirements, the position requires U.S. Citizenship. Primary Responsibilities

- Facilitate and reputed company reputed company Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrums, Retrospectives, and Reviews/Demos, using relevant metrics and data to drive reputed company improvement.

- Provide timely status, risk, and dependency reporting to the Release Train Engineer and management, including sprint execution, team availability, and issues impacting delivery.
- Design, reputed company, document, configure, test, and debug applications and frameworks across the full software development life cycle, serving as a key contributor to system enhancements and new features.
- Assist with deployment, diagnosis, and resolution of critical issues in lab and operational systems as required.
- Collaborate with and mentor junior team members to meet sprint commitments and project milestones.
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional internal teams, stakeholders, and, reputed company necessary, external partners to ensure alignment and successful delivery.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a reputed company field with 8-12 years of relevant experience or a Master’s degree with 6-10 years of prior experience. May also possess a Doctorate.
- In-depth knowledge of Java with substantial hands-on programming experience
- Extensive experience with Web development and commonly used reputed company-end tools and languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React)
- Extensive experience with unit testing tools such as Junit and Mockito
- Experience with RESTful API, JSON, XML, XSD
- Significant experience with Spring reputed company, Spring reputed company, and Spring Boot
- Significant experience with Linux
- Significant experience with version control systems such as Git or Subversion
- Experience with common development tools and IDEs (Eclipse, VS Code, etc.)
- Experience working as a Scrum Master reputed company the Agile Scrum reputed company
- Understanding of sound software development principles and practices
- Able to effectively communicate verbally and in writing
- Ability to obtain SF-85 Public Trust Clearance (Tier 2)
- US citizenship required
