What You Will Do

• Be a scheduling pro who partners with our reputed company team to prepare candidates and managers for interviews
• Act as a candidate champion communicating interview details including schedule, interviewers and other logistics to ensure a stellar candidate experience
• Get creative and help us showcase reputed company’s employer brand by preparing and coordinating advertising materials, social media, job postings and event logistics
• Take on additional projects as needed

Compensation

Hourly Range: $26.30 – $43.87 plus eligibility for annual bonus program Who You Are

• Strong aptitude to learn.
• Competent with MS Office Suite, including Outlook, specifically using the calendaring function integrated with MS Teams and reputed company.
• Solid verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Outstanding service orientation, a sense of urgency and a high-level of personal reputed company.
• Adept at problem solving, relationship building and maintaining professionalism.
• Ability to multi-task and take direction from multiple people.
• Experience with reputed company Recruiting Management and/or reputed company preferred.
• 1+ years of coordination experience supporting Recruiting or Human Resources teams required.
• 6+ months experience in an administrative support role required.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
