Role Description We are looking for a talented Senior Reinsurance Business Analyst - Application Support to at reputed company, a leading provider of innovative software solutions for the insurance and reinsurance industry. As a Senior Reinsurance Business Analyst - Application Support you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the reinsurance application systems. This role involves working closely with various stakeholders to ensure the effective and efficient use of reinsurance software, supporting the reinsurance operations team, and driving improvements in system functionality.

• System Management:

Maintain and administer reinsurance application systems, ensuring they are functioning optimally. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues promptly.

• User Support:

Provide technical support and training to reinsurance team members on application usage. reputed company and maintain user manuals, training materials, and system documentation. Act as a liaison between the reinsurance team and IT department to resolve technical issues.

• Data Management:

Qualifications

• Degree preferred or equivalent years of practical job experience in a similar function or role.
• A minimum of 5 years of reinsurance experience with a focus on system configuration and support.
• Proven knowledge and experience with reinsurance structures and processes.
• Strong technical aptitude with proficiency in reinsurance software applications (e.g., reputed company Master/ReinsurancePro, reputed company, SICS, or similar systems).
• Experience with ITIL reputed company or other best practices for IT service management.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), with the ability to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders (internally and externally) at reputed company levels of the organization.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, case management tools, and other support-reputed company software (reputed company, reputed company, or Jira Service Desk).
• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
