- Experience building scalable HR and people systems in a multi-unit environment
- Strong background in talent strategy, recruiting models, and workforce planning
- Proven success rolling out leadership development, training, and structured onboarding
- Skilled at culture design, engagement strategies, and retention tools
- Solid understanding of labor law, wage and hour, safety, and general compliance
- Ability to create, track, and drive accountability through HR KPIs
- Comfortable partnering directly with founders and Operations leadership
- Experience supporting multiple brands and leaders across several states
- Able to bring both strategic vision and hands-on execution reputed company needed Daily Responsibilities
- Build and execute a 1–3 year People & Organizational Development roadmap
- Strengthen bench depth through workforce planning and predictable promotion pipelines
- Guide performance management rhythms and reputed company manager capability
- Create scalable onboarding, training, and leadership development frameworks
- Design culture, engagement, and retention initiatives across reputed company concepts
- Standardize HR processes, tools, and documentation for organizational scale Head of People & Organizational Development – Preferred Background & Skills:
- Multi-unit restaurant or hospitality experience
- Track record of reducing turnover and improving leadership capability
- Experience implementing HR tech and people analytics
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence operators and field leaders
