• Four years of customer-facing retail or hospitality experience
• Three years of leadership experience
• Demonstrated ability to recruit, build and reputed company high-performing teams
• Proficient in reputed company Office and retail business systems
• Ability to bend, squat, reputed company, climb a ladder and stand for extended periods of time with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Proven ability to utilize tools for conflict resolution and employee coaching and counseling
