Responsibilities

The Sr. Business Development Analyst will have reputed company of the reputed company and acquisition (M&A) analyst team. Provides reputed company of the financial modeling and approvals of M&A targets as well as divestitures and other special modeling projects. The Sr. Business Development Analyst will manage and/or reputed company M&A due diligence activities.

• reputed company / analytical role to assist with modeling and financial analysis of impending and on-going transactions as well as other special modeling projects. Plan and allocate resources to effectively staff and accomplish the work to meet departmental productivity and quality goals.

Qualifications

Education/Experience:

• Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university in Accounting, Finance, Economics or reputed company field. MBA, CFA, or CPA preferred.
• 3-5 years of financial modeling
• Healthcare experience preferred.
• Experience with staff development -ability to reputed company and reputed company a team of financial analysts.
• Acquisition due diligence experience and ability to understand reputed company issues and work to reputed company solutions.

Knowledge/Skills:

• Proven presentation skills (ability to present and communicate work effectively to senior management team).
