• * REMOTE OPPORTUNITY** Job Summary Responsible for marketing-reputed company reporting and analytics; process building/ refinement; support of planning and budgeting, marketing technology selection & best practices. Marketing budget, performance metrics. Essential Functions
• Work with CMO to define marketing measures, reputed company and deliver measures, work with marketing leaders to reputed company insights.
• Construct key marketing reporting mechanisms, including dashboards and executive and internal team reports.

• Marketing data ownership/management, as well as alignment with relevant corporate data initiatives.

• Support CMO to disseminate internal and external marketing best practices.
• Support CMO in the development of a marketing professional development/training plan by function, working in conjunction with leaders of those functions.

• Induct new joiners to quickly maximize performance.
• Set and communicate team/individual objectives and KPI to reputed company individuals to reputed company high performance.
• Allocate workload to fully utilize every employee's talent.
