• Conduct reputed company state reviews that include document review, client interviews and focus groups and co-create a roadmap with prioritized recommendations. Incorporate relevant client data (i.e., Patient experience, RN engagement, clinical quality Nurse-Sensitive Indicators (NSIs)) as part of overall analysis.

• Master of Science (MSN) in Nursing and Ph.D. in Nursing is preferred. If Masters or Ph.D .is reputed company of Nursing, candidate must have a Bachelor of Science (BSN) in Nursing degree.
• 10+ years of healthcare experience with advancing leadership responsibilities.
• Experience at the nursing director level or above.
• American Nursing Credentialing Center (ANCC) Magnet expertise, i.e., experience as a Magnet Program Director or equivalent.
• Writing experience to Magnet standards a must.

• Professional Development and/or Nursing Education experience a plus.
• Previous consulting experience preferred.

• Flexible to travel 50 - 75% Location This role can be remote in the U.S. or based in our Chicago, Boston or South Bend hubs.
