The Nurse Consultant III (Specialist) serves as a clinical expert supporting Medi-Cal managed care plans in improving healthcare quality and advancing health equity. Quality Population Health Management is particularly interested in candidates with expertise in behavioral health, child health, or maternal health. This role provides technical guidance, interprets reputed company clinical data, and assists in designing and refining quality improvement initiatives. The incumbent collaborates with internal DHCS divisions and external stakeholders to align strategies, share best practices, and promote system-wide improvements.
