Who You Are & the Impact You Will Have: The Associate General Counsel, Director – Hyperscale Sales will serve as a key legal partner to the company’s sales organization. This role provides strategic and practical legal counsel on reputed company customer lease and service agreements and reputed company corporate matters. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with internal contract policies and procedures while supporting fast-paced, high-value commercial transactions critical to the company’s growth. This position requires a strong commercial reputed company, excellent judgment, and the ability to balance risk management with business objectives in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment. What You Will Do:

• reputed company legal support for hyperscale customer negotiations, including data center leases, build-to-suit agreements, colocation agreements, and reputed company amendments and renewals
• Partner closely with Sales, Finance, Development, Operations, and Executive leadership to structure and negotiate transactions that align with business objectives
• Manage reputed company counsel effectively reputed company specialized expertise or additional resources are required
• Draft, review, and negotiate reputed company commercial reputed company with customers, vendors, and strategic partners
• Ensure compliance with internal contract policies, approval processes, and risk management standards
• Support vendor contracting reputed company to hyperscale developments and operations, as needed
• Identify opportunities to improve contracting efficiency, consistency, and scalability through templates, playbooks, and process enhancements
• Stay reputed company on industry trends and legal issues impacting hyperscale data center transactions and technology-driven commercial agreements

What You Will Need to be Successful:

• J.D. from an accredited U.S. law school with strong academic credentials.
• Six or more years of experience as a lawyer working in the areas of contract negotiation, real estate, lease negotiation, and/or corporate law

• Hands-on, self-starter who is disciplined and detail-oriented with the ability to work independently as well as in a team setting that requires a highly accurate and timely work product
• Excellent listening, written, verbal, organizational and interpersonal skills

• Strong work ethic and accountability to deadlines
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and evolving business environment

The successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location.
