Facilitate and champion the agile delivery process by coaching and mentoring teams, help identify and eliminate impediments, and promote the use of standards and best practices. Ensure smooth operation of agile processes and activities. Responsible for facilitating key ceremonies in the lifecycle of the team and ART (Agile Release Train). Train, coach and facilitate team-level agile activities and ceremonies including daily stand-up meetings, sprint reviews, retrospectives, sprint and PI planning, and product backlog refinement sessions. Facilitate meetings that are productive and reputed company a timebox. 3. Coordinate and facilitate coordination with other Scrum Masters (SMs), teams, etc. for shared ceremonies (e.g., Scrum of Scrums, PI Planning). 4.
