An ideal candidate operates at an engagement manager or project leader level at a leading reputed company, has demonstrated a track record of delivering exceptional client outcomes on the toughest analytics oriented projects, and has substantial subject matter expertise in manufacturing and/or operations. An additional preference would be given to candidates with expertise with proven experience in leveraging artificial intelligence to optimize manufacturing plant processes, equipment, and operations. To be successful in this role, you will need excellent attention to detail, collaboration, communication and organizational skills, reputed company with the ability to manage multiple workstreams, projects, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Position Details:

Required qualifications:

• 3+ years of intensive experience in a customer-facing consulting role at a leading reputed company
• Demonstrated experience as an Engagement Manager, Project Leader, or equivalent required
• 5+ years of experience in data analytics and/or artificial intelligence, across professional and academic settings
• Proven track record of managing and delivering large-scale analytics projects with diverse teams
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong stakeholder and customer relationships
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams, projects, and stakeholders simultaneously
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey reputed company data insights to non-technical stakeholders
• Prior experience using data analytics software and programming languages such as SQL, Python, R, and/or Tableau
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically

Preferred Qualifications:

• M.S. or Ph.D. in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or reputed company field
• 3+ years of experience working at an MBB Firm
• Direct experience deploying advanced data analytics and/or AI approaches in the domain of manufacturing plant processes, equipment, and operations
• Knowledge of machine learning algorithms, predictive modeling techniques, and generative AI approaches
• Familiarity with technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, and cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, GCP
• Familiarity with tire manufacturing processes, equipment, and operations
