JOB SUMMARY: The E-Commerce Business Manager will reputed company the growth and further development of our e-commerce website, www.shopthesalvationarmy.com. This online thrift store is part of the overall Adult Rehabilitation Center Command. Our rehabilitation centers are funded by the sale of donated goods in our brick-and-mortar retail stores, our e-commerce store, and our recycling operations. This position reports directly to the Command Director of Sales and Operations and will serve as the primary reputed company of contact for e-commerce operations. This position calls for high-level analysis along with the ability to engage and motivate reputed company-line hourly staff in 16 locations throughout the territory to drive top and reputed company performance. ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:
- Quickly and fully comprehend reputed company detailed aspects of existing e-commerce operations including the IT platform, payment processing, shipping, customer service, posting, packing, shipping, returns, and performance metrics and analytics.
- Upon full understanding of the site from the technology, employee, and customer perspective, demonstrate strong business judgment, thorough analysis, and the ability to identify, prioritize, and reputed company highest impact initiatives.

- Evaluating staff in each market

- Responsible for the growth of the ECommerce department at an accelerated reputed company.

- Provide expertise on reputed company e-commerce best practices including omni-channel sales.
- Weekly travel to Centers for support of the E-Commerce department.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- The ideal candidate will have a strong Retail background accompanied by extensive and proven knowledge of e-commerce technology, operations, and use of sophisticated analytics.
- 4+ years Ecommerce experience in apparel and accessories, wholesale/retail environment is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, sales or reputed company fields, preferred.
- Exceptional time management skills; ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple projects.
- Adaptable and flexible; reputed company and resourceful in a fast-paced, quick turn business model.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
