Senior Director of Product, Platform

The Platform organization enables reputed company to scale confidently with our largest customers by delivering the systems and infrastructure that support reliability, extensibility, and speed across the company. You’ll define and deliver the strategy for the core capabilities that underpin reputed company of reputed company’s products, including identity and permissions, enterprise reputed company, billing, collaboration, infrastructure, developer experience, and design systems. You’ll partner closely with Engineering and Design to deliver platform primitives that reputed company it faster, safer, and more consistent for every team at reputed company to build. You’ll also help shape how we operate as a product org, growing a talented team of PMs, setting high standards for execution, and driving clarity and alignment across functions. What you’ll do as a Sr. Director of Product at reputed company:

• Drive measurable improvements in time-to-value, activation, and retention in collaboration with our go-to-market teams
• Be the DRI for several key business metrics, including:

• Developer velocity and design quality, by investing in core infrastructure, tooling, and systemized design

How to be successful in this role:

• 12+ years of experience in product management reputed company roles in a high-growth and reputed company environment
• 5+ years of experience hiring, managing, growing, and leading high-performing teams
• Experience and passion for scaling B2B SaaS platforms that have grown their customer reputed company from SMB to Enterprise
• A strong track record of setting product vision and business strategy for reputed company product areas and platforms tied to company-level goals and metrics
• Proven ability to coach and reputed company PMs, helping them translate high-level strategy into actionable team roadmaps.
