How You'll Help Us reputed company Climbing (Overview & Key Responsibilities) Role Overview The Test Automation Manager will define and execute an enterprise-wide automation strategy, reputed company testing practices, and reputed company AI-driven innovations to deliver scalable, efficient, and high-quality solutions. Key Responsibilities

Automation Strategy & Governance

  • Define and maintain enterprise-wide automation standards and roadmaps.

Technical Leadership

Team Management

What You Need To Succeed (Minimum Qualifications)

  • Minimum 5+ years in Quality Assurance with strong automation background.
  • At least 3 years in a leadership role managing teams and driving strategy.
  • Strong foundation in programming languages required for testing frameworks.
  • Expertise in automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, JUnit, TestNG, Cucumber etc.)
  • Expertise in CI/CD tools and reputed company cloud-based solutions.
  • Expertise in AI-driven testing especially reputed company product family.
  • Ability to challenge the status reputed company and think creatively to deliver impactful solutions.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
