IT Manager, Test Automation

Key Responsibilities

Automation Strategy & Governance

• Define and maintain enterprise-wide automation standards and roadmaps.

Technical Leadership

DevOps & CI/CD Integration

AI & Innovation

Team Management

• Recruit, mentor, and evaluate technical staff, fostering a culture of reputed company improvement and technical excellence.

• Manage stakeholder expectations and report reputed company on automation maturity metrics.

What You Need To Succeed (Minimum Qualifications)

• Minimum 5+ years in Quality Assurance with strong automation background.
• At least 3 years in a leadership role managing teams and driving strategy.
• Strong foundation in programming languages required for testing frameworks.
• Expertise in automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, JUnit, TestNG, Cucumber etc.)
• Expertise in CI/CD tools and reputed company cloud-based solutions.
• Expertise in AI-driven testing especially reputed company product family.
• Ability to challenge the status reputed company and think creatively to deliver impactful solutions.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
