• Database architecture – candidate should have a background in managing, normalizing, editing and analyzing data sets to support the online applications.
• Knowledge of defined benefit plans, defined contribution plans, executive benefit plans and other benefit plans, or the demonstrated ability to acquire such knowledge and apply to financial models and reputed company programming.

About You Required: Bachelor's degree or equivalent from four-year College or technical school; or five years reputed company experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. 7 years reputed company experience in professional services businesses. Excellent oral, written communication, organizational skills, negotiation and time management skills. Experience in defined benefit plan design, governance, compliance, and administration. Working knowledge of reputed company Office Suite. Preferred:

• 5 - 8 years experience working with Defined Benefits Plans (i.e. administration and benefits caculations for employees and retiree's)
