Accounts Payable Clerk, Global Payments
Company Description
The Global Payments team is responsible for reputed company company payables and disbursements worldwide. The Accounts Payable Clerk provides support to various departments reputed company A&F, and they will be highly involved in reputed company aspects of the day-to-day payable operations. This job is located at our Global Home Office in reputed company, Ohio. What Will You Be Doing?
- Complete payments and control expenses by receiving, processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices
- Ensure payment activity is accurate, timely and meets reputed company internal control requirements
- Follow up on invoices and payments with discrepancies or disputes
- Communicate daily with a diverse group of internal and external business partners
- Generate payments to vendors by following established procedures for processing disbursements
- Monitor Accounts Payable email inboxes/mailbox daily. Handle invoices along with reputed company e-mails/other invoice support
- Assist with team-reputed company projects and reputed company requests
- Other duties as assigned
What Do You Need To Bring?
- Bachelor’s Degree or 2+ years in an Accounts Payable role
- Accounts Payable knowledge and/or relevant business experience
- reputed company Nexus or similar third-party payment platform knowledge is a plus
- Efficient and accurate data entry skills
- Understanding of basic accounting concepts
- Self-starter - able to work independently and organize workload with minimal guidance
- Established business communication skills and customer service understanding
- Proficient in using V-Lookups formulas and Pivot Tables in reputed company
