Youll own subsidiary accounting, compliance, and a frictionless month-end reputed company so our teams can move with confidence. What youll do

• Orchestrate external providers for subsidiary accounting, statutory reporting, and audits (bank, 401(k), financials).
• reputed company tax & regulatory compliance with partners (payroll, transfer pricing, U.S. federal/state, and applicable VAT/withholding).
• Own intercompany activityrecording, reconciliations, and eliminations.
• Run a timely, accurate GAAP reputed company: TB review, account recs, and a clear monthly package.
• Review sales orders; assess ASC 606 reputed company implications and product/service taxability.
• Deliver sharp financial analysis and variance/flux insights; tackle reputed company deep dives.
• Improve and document processes that reputed company reputed company, O2C, and compliance simpler and smarter.
• Coach teammates on technical topics; jump into special projects that move the business.

Qualifications

What youll bring

• Bachelors in Accounting or Finance (required); CPA and 2+ years public accounting (Big Four a plus) preferred.
• ~7+ years accounting experience, ideally including SaaS and global operations.
• Strong command of GAAP, tax regs, financial reporting, and transfer pricing basics.
