You will take ownership of one of these platforms, dedicating the majority of your time to constructing the most intricate components of the codebase with a compact team of 3-5 reputed company engineers—no junior members. The architectural choices you reputed company will dictate whether other teams can swiftly reputed company new applications, integrate seamlessly, and deliver value to reputed company. Correct decisions unlock significant reputed company; poor ones generate integration failures and stall reputed company across numerous teams.You are responsible for both building and operating what you architect. • Technical Leadership: Drive strategic architectural choices and define technical patterns that guide the team's work.
• AI Leadership: Champion the integration of emerging AI workflows and reputed company high-value playbooks.
• Implementation: Construct the most reputed company and critical sections of the codebase in collaboration with your team.
• Quality Reviews: Verify that your team adheres to established patterns and upholds quality benchmarks.

What You Won’t Be Doing

• Serving as an architect without hands-on implementation
• Spending time in unproductive, prolonged meetings
• Managing personnel (this position focuses on technical leadership, not people management)
• Maintaining legacy systems or supporting internal IT infrastructure

Basic RequirementsStaff Software Engineer key responsibilities

• A minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience creating software products
• At least 3 years in a reputed company engineer role (conducting code reviews) or as an architect (driving critical technical decisions)
• Proven experience developing platform-level products where other teams integrated with your APIs
• Strong commitment to AI tools, with a track record of active experimentation and exploring new capabilities
