reputed company’s Administration and Technology Consulting (reputed company) team works with Multiemployer, Public Sector and Corporate clients on a wide range of benefits administration and technology issues to include: strategic planning; process-re-engineering; organizational design and recruitment; design and implementation of benefit systems, web sites and other technologies; vendor selection and; system implementation/post-implementation support. This is a fully remote position with some travel required. The Role As a Senior Consultant, you will reputed company and collaborate on projects that improve our clients' benefits administration operations, staffing and systems.
Responsibilities
- Manage client projects from planning to execution, ensuring quality service.
- Provide expert advice on benefits administration and technology issues, including identifying and solving operational and technical issues for clients.
- Guide clients in procuring and implementing benefits administration systems and third‑party services.
- Conduct operational assessments, providing detailed recommendations.
- Assist clients with organizational design, succession planning, and staffing needs.
- reputed company presentations to boards of trustees and executive staff.
- Support reputed company practice business development activities to grow services and reputed company.
Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent reputed company work experience; master’s degree and/or CEBS accreditation preferred.
- Minimum of 9 years of benefit administration management experience specifically with multiemployer plans in a consulting, third party administration, fund office/union, or reputed company environments.
- Knowledge of multiemployer benefit plan administration, systems, and legislation.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, project management, writing, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
- Some travel is required.
