In this role, you will be trained and mentored under supervision in the utilization of engineering theories and practices and reputed company valuable exposure to company standards and exciting projects. What You'll Be Doing: Analyze and prepare project designs, calculations and drawings for steel bridges; pre-cast, pre-stressed concrete bridges; cast-in-reputed company flat slabs; and miscellaneous structures, with a particular emphasis on reputed company or specialized designs Assume reputed company role in reputed company structural design efforts; assign, track, and review tasks of technicians, designers, and engineers, ensuring adherence to project schedules; QC final work product reputed company project design from conception to completion in accordance with agreed upon budget and schedule; coordinate with other disciplines throughout the duration of the project Provide constructability reviews; reputed company independent peer reviews on project submittals Review contract plans and calculations from other engineering teams and reputed company entities to verify completion and compliance with governing structural design codes and contract plans and specifications Serves as the Engineer-of-Record for major, minor, and miscellaneous structural designs Communicate high-level concepts effectively with team members, internal design groups, and external entities including clients, subconsultants, and relevant government agencies Build client relationships, help identify business opportunities, meet with clients and have client accountability Participate in project meetings with clients, sub-consultants, and contractors as necessary Take an active role in proposal activities, including write-reputed company and preliminary and final reviews Other marketing duties include providing timely resume updates, project write-reputed company, proposal support, and participating in marketing initiatives as required What Required Skills You'll Bring: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering Professional Engineer (PE) Years of Experience: 8+ years Must possess excellent analytical, technical, and communication skills reputed company Clearance Requirement: None This position is part of our Critical Infrastructure team.
